The IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model evaluated the competitive fitness of companies offering managed print services (MPS) in the region.
IDC’s multivendor study analyzed the current market capabilities and strategies of nine hardcopy vendors to compete in the future and expand market reach, as well as gain share.
