PT Galva Technologies Tbk CSR Program for the Education Segment
(Jakarta, 2022) When the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the world, all sectors of society were affected, including education. In Indonesia, in the first year of the COVID-19 outbreak, namely 2020, the Indonesian education system was not ready to deal with COVID-19. Technological adaptation in distance learning is the main reason why the Indonesian education system finds it difficult to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Technology is an important point in dealing with this pandemic, government policies that prioritize digitalization on all fronts must be addressed openly by every institution so that they can work together to advance the nation and state.
As a technology company, PT Galva Technologies Tbk also plays a role in accelerating the digitalization of education in Indonesia. Through the theme launched in 2021, namely "Accelerating Change", the company is committed to helping the community to digitize in every market segmentation, including the Education segment.
In accordance with the company's commitment, PT Galva Technologies Tbk through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program provided as many as 321 units of Visualizer or Document Camera to the BPK Penabur Jakarta Foundation, to support technology-based learning by providing new experiences in limited face-to-face learning (PTMT), in 321 Hybrid Learning classes owned by the BPK Penabur Jakarta Foundation.
Through this collaboration, PT Galva Technologies Tbk and the BPK Penabur Jakarta Foundation are committed to increase cooperation in terms of accelerating the digitalization of education in order to produce the best graduates who are ready for change.

GLVA records a 30.35% increase in net profit amidst the pandemic
Jakarta, 20 June 2022 - PT Galva Technologies Tbk (“GLVA”) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which were held at Galva's head office in Central Jakarta. The meeting was attended by all of the Directors and Commissioners of GLVA along with shareholders who attended the webinar virtual and physically by complying with health protocols.
